Happy for reopening in Whitehaven!!! the Rib Tips (Pound) were delicious. They were smokey, tender, fresh, and flavorful. However the portion side appeared to be smaller. Yes I will be ordering again.

Food was terrible. Rib tips was so hard I couldn't even chew them almost like they were from the previous day. Also added a side of brisket that was chopped in a cup with mostly fat no meat. Ordered beans and potato salad got double beans no potato salad. $24 gone down the drain. They will never get a dollar of my money

rib tips were extremely tough and mostly fat. portions were okay. The food tasted like left overs. I will not be ordering from this place again. terrible food.

Ordered the Rib Platefor dinner while at work tonight, I paid for extra meat, opened the box up and there is no extra meat. This is the first time that my order is not correct. Flavor wise, it's delicious. Perhaps, moving forward, employees double check that orders are correct.

be forewarned your family pack is only buns, slaw, sauce and meat. i was highly disappointed that there were ZERO sides for this price.
