Cookies & Cream Hotcakes were actually barely chocolate chip pancakes with no signs of oreo or butter. Flour & water, a side at best. This is my 5th time ordering, still chasing that one time they made it as described on the menu. I'd say service was good but they didn't check either. food just isn't worth it these days.

My Hot Fudge Cake is not in my bag and my bag was tampered with and the bacon is like glass shard very hard to chew

terrible food for the price even McDonald puts there burgers in boxes not wax paper on the side of the bag, its a shame, you would think with it being a long lasting restaurant that they would know how to keep customers. lastly 16$ for a patty melt you would think you would be getting higher quality but iv had better experience with 8$ gas station food.

The onion rings are soggy. The burger barely had any toppings on it. No lettuce or sauce is actually visible. Bad experience for a first timer. I won't be ordering again.
