Unlike most places, they packaged the onion rings in a brown paper bag. They were hot and crunchy when they arrived, not steamed and soggy like wrapping in foil. The burger was amazing, great flavor. The only issue was it was so juicy the bottom bun got a little soggy. But I still ate most of it. I say most because it was a lot of burger. Will eat there again.

The burger didn't even look like real meat and that was the WORST banana pudding I've ever eaten. It was gritty and looked like the House Made Banana Puddinga were days old. I can't believe you charged that much for a very small container of nasty pudding. Won't be ordering that again

I order from Big Burger Spot whenever I'm dogsitting in KVille. I'm a picky eater, so I love the BYO option and it's my go-to. Every single time, the burger is exactly as ordered and insanely good. Never been disappointed or unsatisfied. I'm not a huge fan of super thick stacked burgers, or anything fancy, but if you are- these burgers are stars on their own without anything else, no extra stuff is even needed. Whatever they're doing, it's damn good. Great for fancy palettes and the common man's! 10/10 every time. Highly recommend.

The BBS cookies and cream milkshake was disgusting. It was like they used water, sugar, a LOT of vanilla extract and condensed milk. it was more like snow cream instead of a milkshake with ice-cream. Would not recommend.

My burger was overcooked, and there was barely any blue cheese on the burger. The banana pudding was watered down and very mushy and I asked for a sweet sauce and got honey mustard. That's not the sauce I want and the driver forgot my drink.
