terrible quality in rolls- ordered the spicy tuna and ghost rolls. the ghost roll didnt have any desc so i wanted to try it- was all sushi rice. spicy tuna tasted like it went bad. super small for 30 bucks too, will not order again.

i ordered the spicy tuna roll and to see what the hell was a ghost roll. theres not a desc for what the ghost roll was- its sushi rice. the spicy tuna roll taste like it went bad, super small too along side it being 30 bucks.

They give you 4 small pieces of meat and pile in noodles and seaweed to look like there's more meat. Very disappointing...I was starving and looking forward to having some protein...might as well make this at home. Picture only shows 2 of the 4 pieces but you can see how small they are; also broth and meat are very salty.

Poor quality ingredients, prepared horribly. Small portions. Vegetable Tempura was soggy and mostly all zucchini and sweet potato. Tempura Cheesecake Bites were soggy, wet and undercooked. This was shockingly bad

I ordered the katsudon with pork. I lived in Japan and it was my favorite dish there. Big Tuna Sushi Bistro katsudon tastes exactly like it was in Japan. Yummy!! I will be a regular. Definitely is a must try for everyone!
