Everything was made well until we got to a Frozen Lissa's Luscious. The Frozen Cocoa Carmella was delicious and the Frozen Sugar Bear came with extra caramel. I asked for chocolate chips mixed into the Lissa drink, there were none. My drink sadly wasn't fully blended either. I have large chunks of ice in my coffee.

my drink was iced which is not what I ordered. My bragel could have used more cream cheese. This location is slippin, it used to be my favorite and I drive across town to go there. I think I'll be trying a different location.

I got a sticker before that kept the drink closed the first time I doordashed with biggby, my drink came to me open an messy (probably from the trip over) so itd be nice if they always used the sticker to keep the drinks closed. Im sure others wouldnt want the sticker residue though so that part is tricky.

I usually order pickup at least once a week from this location, the girls always make my iced latte and bragel to literal perfection and are always so nice!!! <3
