Breakfast is always cooked perfectly. The bacon is crisp and delicious, my scrambled eggs are never dry, and love those potatoes! The portion size is generous for each item. My go-to place for great food.

This was one of the best breakfast I had in a long time and the portions were plenty the quality of food was great and very tasty. The grits were nice and creamy the chicken fried steak was as fried to perfection and moist and the eggs really good I would order this again

The ScramBOWL was delicious! and a VERY large portion, totally could have shared but I ate it all 🤣 only thing that is disappointing is there gravy. it lacks flavor but other than that black bear always has great food for great price

Oh my goodness!! The Biscuits & Gravy are a big enough to feed an army and so delicious!!! The berry cobbler warm, sweet and tasty!!! I will order from them again

Ordered two plates; steak with green beans and garlic bread and meatloaf with mash potatoes and Cole slaw. Steak was overcooked, ordered med rare, it was slight pink. Green beans were seasoned well but definitely canned green beans. Garlic bread was packaged in the same tray as the steak, was not edible because it was soggy from steak juice. Meat loaf was 2 thin slices approx 1 cm thick. Might have been better if one thicker piece. No glaze but a brown gravy. Very bland and dry. Never had meatloaf with carrots in it. Mash potatoes were mash potatoes. Cole slaw had very little dressing, primarily dry cabbage mix.
