first time ordering the Mac and cheese side and I wish I would have ordered it sooner. it was so good and creamy. the Patty Melt is always a good choice, one of my favorite. the Creamy Mocha Cold Brew had great flavor and I will definitely order that again

Have ordered many times and asked for ranch on the side and never get it. I ask order breakfast from there a lot and either don't get butter or syrup, and when I do, it's put with the food so the butter melts and I don't get to put any on there. I called the manager and spoke to her about these issues but it keeps happening. Tonight, 9/3/25 I got Pancake Stack - 2 Cakes that were burnt. The bottoms of both were dark brown and really hard and partly crunchy. Didn't get my butter or syrup either. Portions were correct. Was not fresh. Would order again but I really need the quality of doordash orders from them to be on the same level as when you're sitting down in the restaurant.

The Caesar Salad was hot and spilled out in the bag. The green beens tasted like a metal can. The prime rib steak was rancid and smelled awful. Black Bear is usually really good but on this day it was not.

My husband said the Rueben was excellent. The turkey dinner was not like it used to be. It used to have real slices or turkey, however this looked like it was cut from a round turkey breast loaf, the broccoli wasn't cooked, and the mashed potatoes were kind of runny. No utensils, but thankfully the hotel had some available for us to use.

Mostly onions and avocado (not a fan of) Minimal chicken, tomatoes and soggy wrap. Even the fries tasted like onions. Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap is what i ordered.
