I always get the iced Build Your Own Iced Fuel and while yes, the price is a little high, it's the price you pay for convenience. Would be paying the same if I used gas to drive there and back, plus drink. It's always nice and cold, but not too much ice, so I feel I get great value.

I normally love blackrock. But lately, whether I go there in person or order delivery, they always do this. I get 1/3 - 1/2 of an empty cup. This is ridiculous.

I took 3 sips of this $12 drink and there is barely anything in the cup. If I'm going to spend the amount of 2 Starbucks coffees at black rock J expect to have an amazing coffee. This is not the first time I've gotten my drink and it's not filled to the top, do better!! We pay so much for these drinks

Didn't get the dipping sauce that I added and paid extra for (75 cents but still) I did order half sweet on my shaken espresso and idk if any was added and it reminded me why I hardly go here because the coffee is gross and you NEED the extra milk and sugar. Otherwise their breakfast burrito is actually really good and would be the only thing I'd come back for.

Had the organic Mai Thai flavor energy drink. It was painfully bitter until I mixed the pure grenadine in at the bottom. That helped the flavors a bit, but it is still very bitter.
