The shake was good. The burrito was awful. The eggs were so over cooked and rubbery, I asked and paid for extra bacon and there was hardly any in the burrito, the burrito was like 90% bland hash browns. Seriously one of the worst burritos I've ever had.

Lota combo is delicious and big. Patty and fries were still fresh and hot when drivered. I've never had a problem ordering from Lotaburger! Definitely a good dinner.

Store said their shake machine wasn't working. Did not substitute for another drink. Store said they did not have chili then made an online order and received a chili bowl. Customer service at this location is subpar by far, last 3 visit have just gotten worse each time.

The dulce de leche shakes just tasted like vsnill shakes don spend the extra .59 just get the vanilla.
