Added a glaze that I didn't want. Was not ready, not even started, when I arrived, and I had placed it for pickup with well over 40 minutes of warning. Low quality small pizza. Probably will not order pickup again.

My Cheese Pizza (Simple Pie) (11-inch) was burnt and very crunchy.
The Side Salad was great. No brown lettuce and plenty of dressing.

No idea why they have a "cook well done" button when no one ever cooks my pizza well done. They hardly ever put enough cheese to even cover the sauce when I order 3 different types of them. My wife's pizza was doughy and not cooked all the way through. The ingredients were haphazardly tossed on top, with large chunks of them on a single slice and nothing on the other pieces.
On top of all of that, drowned my wife's pizza in so much sauce that it leaked through the box and got all over the place. If you really crave having undercooked veggies and meat on flattened dough maybe you'll enjoy this place but we're so sick of it.
