I have had a hard time eating gluten and dairy in my more recent years. I ordered a pizza with gluten free crust and vegan cheese, very skeptically, and wow! They hit it out of the park! I am super picky with alternatives because they never taste the same. My husband, who eats all things, tried my pizza and even said how good it was. It legit tasted like a normal pizza. Blaze is forever going to be a favorite. Never change your recipe!!

The Build Your Own Pizza (Large) is the closest you'll get to Big Ed's without having to drive to Oak Ridge. We've tried tons of brick oven pizza joints, but this one has that taste of freshly made dough that most don't. Definitely our go to in West Knoxville.

Neither pizza had the hot honey oil on it and it barely had sauce either. This is the worst order I have received from Blaze Pizza.

I ordered the Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch). It was Fantastic! I love the variety of toppings and how well it's made. All toppings were evenly distributed which is one thing I look for.... it's the little things that make it great. I highly recommend.
