The pizza was all sauce with a tiny amount of mozzarella blobs on 1 side of the pizza. I was really disappointed because Blaze is generally so good.

I ordered the pizza well done and it arrived under under done doughy and gross. Not fresh AT ALL! The cookies were hard and not soft as I requested they be. The Mexican coke was absolutely not cold at all. I called before hand a self asked the Assistant manager to make certain it was done fresh and crispy well done !!! None of that happened. Bad deal.

Mystic Margherita pizza was burnt on some areas. I had to break off the burnt edges and cut off the burnt part of crust, which had no crust it was flat.

The pizza was dry and old. They didn't get our order correct. Literally a pizza was missing. The dasher was great though and tried togelp , however Blaze would not correct the order they did incorrectly.
