We have been looking for a sushi spot that we love and we have found it! Every single thing we have tried has been amazing. The Shrimp Tempura App is so fresh, light and crispy, and the sushi fish is so flavorful and fresh-tasting. This is our new go-to for sushi, for sure.

I love this sushi restaurant, with the highest quality ingredients to using real crab in all their rolls make it top notch in my book. The Salmon Napple is delicious with every bite, the Volcano Maki is hearty and delightfully yummy.

Ordered Chirashi Donburi, Chu Toro Nigiri / Medium Fatty Tuna toro, and Sake Nigiri / Salmon, and Otoro Nigiri / Fatty Tuna . Melt in your mouth, fresh, and extremely yummy! My new go-to sushi place.

The Sake Nigiri / Salmon was marked as "good value" and showed four pieces of salmon, but when actually received was one singular piece of salmon which is actually a terrible value. Disappointed in what feels like a deceptive picture and description.

I'm not sure what happened to the Calamari Tempura, but wow what a quality drop. I used to could have eaten 3 orders of that stuff in a row, easy, but I will more than likely not order it again. I still love Bleu Bear, very much, and will happily visit in person
