I love this Sushi Restaurant, always the freshest best quality fish. Not too much rice, and delicious!!

We ordered a large variety of items but was mostly dissapointed. Some of the items had a fishy smell and taste which isnt exactly what good sushi should be like. The portion for the bento box was very small, especially given a $25 price tag. The calamari came cold so it was basicaly inedible. The only things that were decent were th rolled sushi items. Also our order was definitely not handled with care, the boxes and items came shaken up and messy. Overall a terrible experience.

The Tonkotsu Ramen...don't do it. I should've read the reviews, but it's so bland! The pork belly wasn't even flavorful...and don't get me started on the broth (YUCK). The sushi was subpar... definitely not worth $40. The gyoza saved me from starving.

Great experience! Kona Kanpachi was delicious! Fresh flavors & textures with the warmth to satisfy on a cool rainy day. I added some furikake, took it to the next level.
Attentive in respecting my requests to forego the wasabi/ginger with the sushi dishes, so I had a happy kiddo, too.

Sushi Foodie
1. nigri-using less rice (was aware) is a futile attempt to disguise the smaller than usual restaurant serving of Escolar, etc.
2. pairing of avocado and offensive texture/taste of stuffing missed the mark. Awful.
3. ginger dressing lacked flavor.
4. enjoyed baked mussel
5. will stick with Rakuu Sushi.
