They have been pretty reliable and have quality flowers. However, they slightly missed the mark for my Mother's Day delivery. Beautiful flowers but WRONG greeting card. Welp Happy Mother's Day anyway Mom. :0)

What I got vs what I ordered. The Bloom Haus™ Lush Bouquet - A looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Where's the green?? Where did all of the white come from?? It's still a pretty bouquet... but nothing like what I wanted.
