Terrible. It lists that you'll receive 18 roses with an array of flowers in a decorative wrapping and they're going to deliver 12 roses in a plastic wrapping with the $12 sticker still on it. Oh and then when you request help to rectify the issue, they're going to say there's nothing they can do. 0/10 don't recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.

The flowers in the bouquet were starting to die and get moldy. Not that great especially for the price.

I ordered for a friend for her birthday. The bouquet was beautiful in pictures. This was what they sent her. The bouquet was 1/3 the size, missing flowers and has wilted roses. Im sure Lisa Vanderpump would not be happy that this is how her name was being represented. Horrible.
