Excellent quality as usual! The coffee always tastes great, the egg bites I ordered were the perfect size morning snack. I'd would definitely order again.

I have been ordering the Pour Over quite frequently andevery time I have requested for it to have a splash of milk, which is one of the given options for this drink, not a single time they have added it!

I am a fan of Blue Bottle in general; however, I am quite disappointed in my first experience in ordering them on DoorDash. Two of the four items in my order were missing and one of these was substituted for an item that was listed at a lower cost but somehow I was expected to pay more ...? And not get that item in the end anyway ...? Worked it all out with DoorDash customer service but hoping this is just a one-off - overall not a good experience. I order regularly from DoorDash across a variety of restaurants and have not had this happen. Giving three stars because the items I did get are tasty (would have been two otherwise).

They didn't notify me that they were out of cold brew. Rather they just refunded and didn't give me an option to pick something else
