Tonkotsu ramen had a pathetic amount of noodles. Chashu was lazy. There was a bit of corn. Don't order if you actually want ramen. The only saving grace was that the broth was good. Overall, 2.2/10
Hamachi was also some of the most bland fish I've had. There was no immediate joy once I bit into it, it was purely bland. I would rather have gas station sushi and risk the aftermath.

Delivery was well packaged and labeled with such care! Sushi was fresh and tasty, perfect for a night in after a long week. Well done!

Blue Fin used to be the best Japanese restaurant in town. The saba shioyaki was so overcooked it was dried out and leathery; needed a knife to cut it. Side veg overcooked, soggy, unseasoned and inedible. The sushi was mediocre at best. Tempura had thick soggy batter. Ugh.
