Didn't give us straws for the drink. Put the toppings on the pancakes and made them basically squishy chunks of bread that kids couldn't even eat. Kids fry side was like 10 fries. Just not worth $30.

The soup was hot and fresh as was the mocha. However the dinner rolls weren't fresh and cold. No napkins and the coffee mocha spilled. Perhaps they could put a door dash tape over the drink opening. But Bob Evan's is still my favorite. I prefer the one on Hal Greer Blvd near the interstate and hotels.

Now I see why parking lot is empty - missing items. Cold food. Hard fries. Potato soup was not soup- it was lumps of potatoes. Mac n cheese was not cooked- hard noodles. HOWEVER- I did talk to the manager who was apologetic and very professional.

Food was very good but paid almost $4.00 for tea expecting a large (which is still outrageous) and only received a small. This has happened twice (i thought the first time was just a mistake) so apparently that's all you get for $4. Very disappointing.

There was no sign of bacon in my Cheddar Baked Potato Soup and the potatoes weren't even fully cooked. I ate the cheese base because I have a finite amount of time for lunch, but it was highly disappointing, especially for the price. Not doing this again 👎
