The toast was not toasted. There was no cheddar cheese on the omelet. The omelet appeared to have been just a few scrambled eggs fried into a disk and then the cold raw peppers, onions and ham were dumped on the eggs in the plate after wards. The golden brown home fries were few in number and cold. I have ordered this dish a few times and this time you skipped some important steps to get it out the door.
