I’ve ordered from this store way too many times to count. The food is great, and out of all the flavors of teas/coffees/macchiatos I’ve ordered, there were maybe one or two I didn’t like based on personal flavor preference, NOT the quality of drink. Definitely won’t stop getting food from here any time soon!

They sent me the wrong size, unless they changed their cups. But I paid $13 for a small coffee..... I'm very sad. The taste is very good, but they gave me the wrong size.

They weren't able to give me the tapioca pearls I ordered in my coffee because the boba wasn't ready yet since I ordered so early. So instead the staff gave me a cup of Crystal boba and coffee jelly as a substitute and I really appreciated that. I was really craving boba so for them to substitute it was really wonderful. I will definitely be ordering again from them in the future!

When ordered online drink doesn't taste as good as in person when picking up. Barely any obey on the sides of the cup and lids fall off, which causes you to spill your drink.
