the coffee is never filled to the top, i have ordered the 20 oz hot Lavender Latte only to receive it 3/4 of the way filled...it's very disappointing, and has be second guessing if i want to order delivery from them.

The Cranberry Orange scones I ordered were not available and Iwas unable to detect any lavender in the lavender latte. The coconut scone and the blueberry muffin were good just not what I really wanted.
