• 31/1/24Bogies is such an amazing local shop. Great people and great food. The Penne Alla Vodka is my favorite pasta in the area, especially with the crispy chicken. Sandwiches are awesome too!

• 16/6/26I returned to the store regarding a turkey cold-cut sandwich that had been delivered to me. The meat appeared discolored, brown, and unappetizing, which raised concerns about its freshness and safety. The staff insisted it was normal, but I disagreed and did not feel comfortable eating it.
I requested a refund but was only offered a replacement sandwich. I then asked if I could have a chicken cutlet sandwich instead. The interaction quickly became argumentative, and I found the cashier dismissive and unprofessional.
When I was told I would have to pay extra for the chicken cutlet, I referred to my receipt, which included both a turkey sandwich and a chicken cutlet sandwich. Based on the prices listed, the turkey sandwich had actually cost 15 cents more. I pointed out that if we were going strictly by the receipt, they would owe me 15 cents. Rather than addressing my concern about the quality of the turkey, the conversation focused on a few cents. The cashier appeared annoyed, spoke to her coworker in another language while discussing the situation, and then told me it would be a 15-minute wait for the replacement sandwich.
What disappointed me most was not just the sandwich, but the way the situation was handled. This business is a shadow of what it was under the original owner. The cold cuts were always fresh and delicious, and customer service was something they took pride in. The decline in quality, professionalism, and customer care is unfortunate.
I left dissatisfied and will not be returning.

• 1/3/24Chicken Cutlet Hot Hero | 1/2 with lettuce, tomatoes, provolone, oil, vinegar, & mayo. Also ordered fries and mozzarella sticks combo but didn't know it was going in the sandwich. But it was impressively really good hoagie!

• 23/3/24Both sandwiches were salty. at first I thought the ham was just salty. but when I bit into the Tuna Cold Hero | 1/2 it was the same result. I love this place but today was an off day. I didn't ask for salt by the way.

Hoagies from 1-7 include lettuce tomatoes and onions with provolone. Must specify items that aren’t wanted on sandwich. Cheese can be modified as well. These sandwiches can be modified on a whole wheat wrap. You can specify oil and vinegar on the side, mayo on the side as well
