the serving size is very large and the toppings are tasty but both potatoes that I ordered had zero butter on them, so I deducted a star.

I didn't get what I ordered. Potatoe is very bland, pretty much just taste cheese. Very disappointing

2nd time trying the Ranch Hand. 1st time potato came without any chicken. This time, it has chicken but no butter, no sour cream .... won't be back for a 3rd time.
