This was our first time ordering from this restaurant. The Ranch Hand was cheesy and delicious. The ranch is good too. The Bill's Original was a great basic loaded potato. The Big Boise was amazing. The beef was tender and the sauce had a good flavor. The side salad was pretty big and could be a meal by itself. The potatoes are a really good size. Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again!

The BIG BOISE is SO-O GOOD! LOVE the BBQ BRISKET over the BIG BAKED POTATO and SMOTHERED IN CHEESE!!! The FRUIT CUP is JUST RIGHT and arrived cold and wrapped up so it would arrive cold. The OATMEAL COOKIE arrived warm and is REALLY GOOD!!! DEFINITELY A KEEPER FOR NEXT TIME!!!!

As others have said, the potato is HUGE. I can understand where others are coming from when they lament about the lack of toppings. There is a bit of a ratio skew. Much like there is when you get to the bottom of nachos. To help with this, it would have been nice to have an option for extra sour cream on the side or something like that.
Overall, The Farmhand was absolutely delicious and the broccoli was cooked to perfection. There could have been a few more mushrooms - especially since that was the selling point for e. The Side Garden Salad was less a side salad and more entree sized. I ended up deciding to bring it to work for lunch instead. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was also very good.
I'll be trying their other options.

Never had them before, was not expecting the potato to be that big, very worth the money. My only critique would be that at least in delivery, the juice/grease from the mix of the egg and potatoes got a little runny which soaked up salt. Could have just been from sitting in the bag, I don't know. Had to add a fair bit of salt to have an adequately salty potato. Once I had that in, was delicious.

I've ordered numerous times and everything was great. This time I ordered the ranchers The Rancher's Club . I didn't get any of the bacon is supposed to come with, very little cheese and about 6 green onion slices. This is too big of a potato to skimp on ingredients. You can't even order extra and pay for it. I don't have green onions and cooked bacon just lying around. I had to add more butter and sour cream because there wasn't enough of that either.
