• 5/4/26Was cold, my fries were soggy and didn't get many in the bag. It seems they were old fries as the rest of my food was good. I would order again because it's Bojangles but I was disappointed

• 1 day agoAsked for honey mustard and didn't get any. Asked for extra fries and got half of their usual amount of fries.
Just disappointing. They're also stale. It cost me $19.  when I go in person I don't have any of these issues. So, I would do that instead. Cheating me out of french fries when it doesn't even come out of your pocket is messed up.

• 9/9/25Gave me all old food the chicken looks like  sitting all day sweet potato pies were undone. Blueberry biscuits were old, and the rice was mush.

• 9/1/26Everything is so fresh and warm, my Cheddar Bo Biscuit® was super fresh and still warm, and I got all of my food

• 16/10/22Both of the Cajun filet biscuits were so burnt you could only eat part of it. The fries were cold and hard. Will not be door dashing bojangles again.
