Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Really inconsistent with how they make the food. BRICK hard biscuits, burnt sausage (black burnt) and sweet tea was not sweet. My husband had a really bad experience with staff in the store in the past and refuses to go there anymore. But it looks like we won't be door dashing anymore either

The Macaroni & Cheese was dry and looked like it had been reheated as opposed to made fresh. I have had this several times and never had this issue before. Additionally, the ham was greasy and full of fat.

Ordered House made Ranch...even paid extra for it, just for them to replace it with BBQ Sauce, which I do not eat nor want. They didn't even offer to replace it with anything else, they took it upon themselves to choose what they wanted me to have. Very dissatisfied.

I don't even leave reviews but the chicken biscuit was so terrible I couldn't believe it was hard like a rock overcooked maybe I don't know. I don't recommend this Bojangles. I would not order again .

the fries was extremely cold and soggy, and I actually threw the three pieces of chicken away because they was old and hard. the biscuits were the only thing I ate. Bojangles usually gives me great food I don't know what happened this time.
