I order from here roughly once a week and I absolutely love this store, it's the freshest around. But the last two times I keep getting 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3. I didn't worry the last time thinking ok it was a small mix up. But now for a second time I'm a little disappointed.

Taste was awful, portion was enough, was not fresh at all. Almost appears to me as if the chicken is undercooked!I would never order this again unless it's verified the chicken is completely done cooked to order and fresh. Chicken was also very chewy!

any time i put "bo size" they always just end up giving me medium - small sides. so what is the point of me paying an extra $5 for it? smh

Order wasn't ready when I arrived - none of the drinks were available in the front of store - girl at the counter seemed more distracted with anything else besides helping. Usually the mornings aren't so bad there but this was particularly rough.
