Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Order wrong or something left out at least half of the time, including this one! Tonight's chicken biscuit tasted like it was cooked 12 hours ago and was hard. Cookies left out. Wrong side with one meal, wrong drink with the other. Sodas had no carbonation. And this was during dinner hours, not closing time.

I ordered the 20pc Chicken Meal which comes with 20pcs of chicken 10 biscuits and 4 large sides and gallon of sweet tea. We got 20pc chicken and all 4 sides but no biscuits and no sweet tea! So now I have all this chicken and sides and nothing to-wash it down with and no dang on famous biscuits! I'm a little annoyed as this order cost almost $80.00 and I'm missing key items.

Ordered 3 x 2-piece chicken tender kids meals. Two of them only had 1 chicken tender. All the sauces we ordered were wrong and our drinks were also wrong
