• 7/12/24Sweet tea was fire today!! And I only asked for a 3 piece Chicken Supremes® Combo and they put 7 in the box. Everything was so fresh and hot and the biscuit was so fluffy and delicious! 10/10 today!

• 1/12/25I spent nearly $50 on the 20pc family meal for the restaurant to forget my fries, crush my biscuits, give me a third of a cup of gravy, and serve me dry chicken tenders. This location is awful, which I say as both a customer and a dasher who has had several terrible experiences with this location. The workers are rude, slow, and are often just standing around. If you order from Bojangles, I would suggest a different location than this one. I certainly won't be ordering from this one again.

• 12/8/25I wanted 2 orders of mashed potatoes but app would not give me that choice. I prefer a separate Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and did not get it. Slaw did not smell nor taste well I did not even eat it. My delivery from Vickie was great. She was very nice
I will not be a customer at Bojankles again since you can't refund me what I did not get. It was over $3 to order the extra potatoes

• 14/6/23Sandwich was fine. Fries were unseasoned and the tea was watered down. Super dissatisfied and disappointed.
