Food came cold & as much as they charge for upgrade in size why did I only receive half container full?

Honestly took longer than expected but still good. Food came exact as i ordered it, good portions of food, , came hot & ready! mac and cheese was really good aswell. definitely would order again.

My food was not fresh at all. The fries were so hard you couldnt eat them and the chicken tasted like it had been sittting out all day.
