My birthday berry biscuit's were burnt and hard as bricks. My chicken tenders were hard and my biscuit tasted more of dough then anything. This is the first time I have door dashed with Bojangles and my food was a waste of money. Very disappointed

I am disabled and have to order door dash a lot, as I am home bound most of the time. That in mind... I ordered a country ham and cheese biscuit combo this morning 12/6/25 and it was delivered fairly quickly. Now I know why, the ham was burnt and so hard around the edges it was black and the biscuit was hard as a brick, the Fries were soggy like they'd been soaked in grease for weeks. DONT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES!! I am discussed!! 20$ up in smoke. May as well lit it on fire.

I DoorDash from here a lot and it always takes over the amount of time it says it will for delivery because they take so long to even make the food. I ordered a large unsweet tea as well and just got the regular size.

8pc Chicken Meal was hot and fresh biscuits were soft and tea was perfect really enjoyed my meal

I love Bojangles but had to steer clear for a while. There was always an issue with my order, however tonight everything was amazing, hot and fresh. I had to call the store and give them a compliment. They done a really amazing job tonight. Thank you!!!
