The Cajun chicken filet on my biscuit did not look or taste like chicken breast, and certainly not like the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit I always get at bojangles. It's super strange, like they ran out and bought some nasty patties at the Food Lion across the street.

I don't know why I still order from here when I always have issues with my order. I love Bojangles in general but this location is just no good. Today they gave me fries instead of my order of Bo-Tato Rounds® . Also the Bo Bo Bites Platter was extremely disappointing - pieces were very small in comparison to what I have received from other locations, and overcooked. Also they didn't give me ranch as asked for and subbed with a different sauce. I paid $20 for these?! RIP OFF. Doordash customer service is also unhelpful at resolving issues. Avoid this location!

I ordered the Bo's Chicken Sandwich® and they very clearly gave me the chicken filet they use for the breakfast biscuits instead. This is NOT correct, I have had the sandwich on multiple occasions and the fried chicken breast that is supposed to be on the sandwich is thicker, meatier, and has different breading. The fact that they charged me the sandwich price but gave me a smaller piece of chicken is a HUGE RIP OFF. If I wanted a chicken filet I just would have ordered the chicken filet biscuit.

After a 8 hr drive to Greenville from Florida this is the dinner that we walked into at our hotel. Old over-fried dried up chicken. No breast.. all wings and a thigh even though we paid for all white. Definitely not worth the $50+ we paid! I wouldnt feed this to my dogs.. as there is no meat to pull of the fried bones. Absolutely HORRIBLE that Bojangles would send something like this out.
