the Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo had undercooked sausage and when I attempted to eat it, it tasted like it was freezer burnt. the Grits were absolutely terrible, they were barely cooked, dried out, and just plain nasty.

The Steak Biscuit was savory, as was the Sausage Biscuit so I had my delivery person request some grape jam with it (how is that not an option?). When I opened the bag, the food was warm despite the cold weather. Not even the Bo-Tato Rounds® were cold! The grape jam was in a seperate bag as requested, but in the bag wit the sandwiches was also HONEY, which was great! It's like they read my mind! I saved the jam for later and went with their choice, and I'm glad I did! The honey was just the right amount of sweet!
I would order again, no doubt.

I was missing an entire sandwich, the fries were cold and when I continued to try and contact the store the number goes straight to voicemail. I paid almost $7 for a sandwich I did not get and cold fries.

the biscuits were burnt and the coleslaw was half filled. chicken was okay, but on the bland side.
