Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I usually love this store.. but they just did me dirty! I showed up around 1:30-2, after the lunch rush. And had a rather large order with 2 Cajun Filet Biscuit® biscuits, a boberry Sausa Bo-Berry® Biscuitge, a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and a family sized Bo Bo-Tato Rounds®. First of all, the food is all very old and stale. It doesn't even taste right. They gave me a sausage biscuit instead of the boberry, the BEC is made with the wrong cheese, the bo rounds were half empty and super stale and soggy. The sauces were all missing. It's clear that they just scavenged leftovers that had been sitting around for hours to bag my food. I guess this is why you always park and check your bags before you leave. Yes, I'll order again. This store is usually great. I think I just hit them at a bad time. But I'm not about to drive all the way back to get the food that was supposed to be right the first time!

Order is always right, food is always good, and portions are never skimped. I've ordered here all the time with no issues!

fries and bo rounds were incredibly stale so 2 of 3 sides I got were inedible

I dont know why i like the steak,egg, and cheese biscuit so much, but thats theonly sandwhick i eat from bojangles.Steak Biscuit Legendary Iced Tea® Sweet
