• 21/4/26I've ordered from here multiple times. My order is always 100% correct and complete. And the chicken biscuit is HUGE (and tastes better than whatever woody, stringy chicken supplier the "My Pleasure" folks have recently switched to for their biscuits).

• 9/10/23The quality of the food at Bojangles has gone down considerably. The filets themselves used to be bigger, properly breaded, and well seasoned. Now they are flat as a pancake, overcooked, and bland. I can no longer recommend going to Bojangles.

• 1/4/25Biscuits and gravy is the truth. Comes with 1 biscuit split in half and plenty of gravy. Perfect with the Tater Rounds.

• 28/5/26Biscuits hard & room temperature. Tasted stale & were chewy. Sausage grave had 2 tiny pieces of sausage in it & was very bland. Never again.

• 12/4/23I would have given it 5 stars! Don't get me wrong the food is always good. My issue is not with the taste or freshness of the food. I asked for 3 vanilla creamers for my coffee, which is an option on the online menu. I placed the order on DoorDash. The main reason I ordered coffee is because I like flavored creamer added in my coffee and no other FF restaurant has flavored creamer but Chick fiI A. If I would have known it wasn't available or it did not come with my delivery, I would have order tea or orange juice. I know it may be a small thing but this is about customer service and the cost to order your food to be delivered is more re expensive than getting it yourself. I'm at work so I couldn't go pick up and I was wanting breakfast because I was hungry before my lunch break. I could have just drank the coffee at my job but we do not have flavored creamer and I ran out of my stash I keep in my desk.
