Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Kudos to manager and team. Chicken hot and perfectly cooked. Great presentation and condiments, straw, etc. all there. Thank you for your obvious pride in your job. (Lunchtime Monday)

I got 7 Bo-Tato Rounds® in a family size my Cajun Filet Biscuit® was burnt and chewy normally yall do good this time very sad in the quality of our meal Southern Gravy Biscuitasbt bad and good sized biscuit

They left off several items from my order only some of which door dash was able to resolve so I lost money. The chicken in the biscuit was not great quality and they had two filets stacked on top if each other for some reason. Typically not disappointed with Bojangles but the quality was very inconsistent this time sadly.

I ordered a medium sized bo-tato but got a small size and the steak and biscuit was small and dry. it's not worth the money for this might be better just go to the restaurant so that if something is wrong you can return it.
