first time ordering. The 2pc Leg & Thigh had plenty of juicy meat. biscuit was soft and flaky. potato rounds were bigger than expected and great dipped in the Peach Honey Pepper! only complaint, they forgot the ranch sauce I paid for and silverware for my mashed potatoes & gravy. perfect size meal.

I paid extra for an orange juice and didn't receive it. Also, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit was wrapped in a paper that was too small so it was just spilled out into the bag and my bacon was VERY undercooked. Things like this are why I don't usually order food in Woodruff which is the only deliveries I can get around here.

My bo rounds were burnt because they were cooked in old grease which we could taste. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. My biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it & only had HALF A PIECE OF CHEESE ON IT. No fork, no straw.

House-Made Ranch was very good. Cole Slaw was excellent 2pc Leg & Thigh nice and juicy.

The family side I ordered was only filled halfway if that, if I'm paying 6 dollars or more for a side I expect it to be the normal amount that is supposed to be there.
