I used to drive 1 hour one way just for a taste of Bongos kachhi biriyani. It's a special menu item only available on Fridays. I love their rosogolla and misti doi as well. Very authentic Bengali taste.

This is not even near to Kolkata biryani. Previously they had very good biryani but this one is not at all a match to original flavour. Simple ingredient like kewra water was missing which is essential in Kolkata biryani. Very disappointed

It's my go-to dish from this place. Their Morog Polao (Chicken Biriyani) really tastes like an authentic Bangladeshi dish!

The roshogulla were very dense, not as shown in the picture.
they were really hard to eat. Did not look even fresh to me. I would never order again.

The Morog Polao (Chicken Biriyani) was not good, very dry chicken and it seems plan rice with no flavors at all. Bad experience.
