the Quarter White Rotisserie Chicken and creamed spinach were perfect but I was so disgusted by the mash potatoes! what happened?? their mashed potatoes used to be the best! I cant rave enough about Indulgent Chocolate Brownie - Family Size. I made brownie sundaes and I will order these again and again!

Aadil's wife here! I grew up with Boston market and in South Jersey, where i am from its delicious. But around here, the food is consistently low quality. The chicken is overcooked and tastes like it has been sitting ALL day, the cornbread is literally rock hard, and you pay 2 dollars extra for the garlic sauce and they don't put it on the chicken but give it to you cold on the side and they barely fill the container. The people working would not eat this themselves and would not serve this to their own friends and family. ZERO stars!!

So i know it's a fast food joint but Boston market used to be at least decent for a quick rotisserie spot. It has gone so down hill. The food was just not good. At all. The Mac and cheese had no taste and was so mushy. The gravy was legit water. The potpie crust was chewy and barely cooked. And the chicken was the blandest it's been. The only thing good was the cornbread.. safe to say this will be the last time eating from here.

Where do I begin.. the quarter white chicken was so tough and chewy as to be inedible. They tossed the corn bread right in the same compartment as the chicken so it was all soggy. The cilantro rice is just plain unseasoned white rice. Not terrible, just completely without flavor. The new potatoes were the best part of the meal. I won't be ordering from Boston Market again. Now I have a pretty good idea why most of their restaurants in the area have closed.

I order from Boston Market all the time but this was terrible. The Mac and cheese tasted like soggy noodles with no cheese flavor. The sweet potatoes were overdone and the chicken tasted old and dry. It was realy bad.
