We ordered two platters from Boston Pizza, each advertised to feed 6 people (so 12 total). We had 4 adults and 3 kids, and it barely fed 2 people. Everything tasted the same, and most of it was spicy—even the items that weren’t supposed to be—so the kids couldn’t eat anything. It honestly looked like leftovers tossed into a box. Each platter only had about 10 cactus cuts, and they were completely inedible. Very disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised.

The pasta was cold and the green onions and mushrooms were raw in the dish. the cutlery was a wooden fork and knife for an expensive dish which I felt was low quality considering the price.

The order arrived 30 minutes late and the panookie wasn't as adveritised. The pizza I ordered was great and the taste was exactly as I expected.
The Salted Caramel Panookie could've used some chocolate on top
the driver was nice

Used the pick up option an paid online went in to grab it and was told I needed to pay it again once the manager had arrived it was sorted out quickly but took quite a min of arguing to see a manager
