Food is good, but double what it should cost for what you get. Unreal. $30 for a personalized pizza which is under 5 inches in diameter

The cream cheese container was not full… And there's no option to order extra cream cheese so that was a little frustrating. We also didn't get all of our brownies. I ordered three and we only got two. It's always something with Boston Pizza.

All of my fries were so overcooked they were completely hollow on the inside. So crunchy almost broke a tooth.
