I have lost my confidence in this Boston Pizza. It is so inconsistent. The pizza was, at best, room temperature, and undercooked (see photos) it also tasted as though someone had put a bunch of black pepper on it. (Never had this before when ordering this pizza)
The Thai bites were a disappointment as well. I understand it is a Friday at dinner, but a little pride in what you put out is key when you're paying $60 for a Whisky BBQ Chicken and an order of Thai Bites. It's unfortunate because when it's good, it's great but when it's bad, it's bad. Having to cook food when it is delivered is unacceptable. I know the ability is there because I have had amazing meals from this location. But there is absolutely no consistency.

Boston has always been safe choice no matter which location you go, and this time the Smoky Mountain Spaghetti Meatballs was my choice to go and they did not disappointed me!
If you're looking for a dish with a good portion-price relationship this is one of the best options, most of the times I can even finish the whole thing of how big it is, and with how delicious it is km always happy to take it home, I will totally order from them again!

We buy Boston Pizza every few weeks. the pastas were only half full. For over $20 each it was pretty disgusting. Hopefully they remedy this or we'll go somewhere else.
