Seven-Cheese Ravioli not much pasta packed into it and pasta was overcooked
Glutenwise Grilled Chicken Clubhouse bun was replaced with not glutenwise option without consulting me and it was slapped into the container without care and not properly put together.
Thai Bites Salad Thai bites chicken was overcooked. salad had barely any veggies other than lettuce.
Quesadillas Combo burnt parts of quesadilla. fried were cold.
Chocolate Explosion smoothed against side of container.
boxes not put in carefully and some were crushed.

Ive ordered the deep fried pickles 3x and each time the ranch dressing container is melted into my pickles. They should be packaged separately. Other than that everything is great!

The French onion soup doesn't even look edible and is barely half a container that cost $9. Pizza arrived cold and needs to be reheated like it has been sitting around on a counter somewhere for an hour. Paid $80 to not have to cook but instead made it worse. Constantly getting bad orders from this store. I don't recommend it

I ordered the Big Philly Cheesesteak Dipper expecting a classic sandwich, but I was surprised (and not in a good way) to find onion rings inside the sandwich. Nowhere did it mention that in the description. Why are there onion rings in there? It completely threw off the flavor and texture. If that’s intentional, it definitely needs to be clearly stated on the menu. Not what I was expecting at all.
