I ordered the Chicharrón with Arroz con Gandules and Plátano Maduro as my two sides. Mannn the chicharron was very tender, flavorful and cooking to a perfect golden crunch! I was afraid it was going to be dry and hard. The yellow rice was flavorful on its own but paired with the chicharron and it was out of this world

The beef stew have to be separate package because all the juice is missing to dry ... and the yuca mojo no onions wasn't mojo at all
