We do barbeque a little differently here at Brobecks. We use our special rub recipes on the meats and then smoke them and serve 'em dry (without sauce).

The ham and turkey were like deli meats. Ribs, pulled pork and brisket were really good. So far out of all the bbq spots their beans were the best. Potato salad and coleslaw were good also. Made you want more.

Very good we had the turkey sandwich burnt end sandwiches and the ol Roy. Meat was smokey and tender. Sides of beans cheesey corn were delicious and portions very good. BBQ sauce had just the right amount of heat and tangy. Would order from here again!

I ordered 2 combo platters. I got one container of meat. If they combined the 2 in one container I couldn't tell. Not what I wanted if that's the case. Ribs couldn't be divided evenly (Just 3), so I'm assuming they forgot one, as their pictures show 3 ribs. Baked beans were in a small cup on top and spilled all over inside the bag. The meat had good flavor, but was dry. No Sauce came with it. There were only 3 or 4 dill slices of pickles. I put that much on a hamburger.

Great portion size. Ribs are very well seasoned & tender although not fall-off-the-bone tender. Overall, Brobecks Combo Platter is fairly priced. The brisket was a bit tough & seemed old even though I ordered around noon. Definitely tasted like forgotten leftovers. Baked beans are above average with bits of meat. While the fries & sausage pretty standard. The photo & description they used are accurate.

I liked the steak fries, and the ribs were good. The brisket was kinda dry. The sausage was decent. The yellow mac and cheese is Kraft with some shredded cheese on top and not even melted all the way. Don't bother overpaying for a tiny cup of it. At least the food was hot when it got here.
