Great turkey burgerand fries. I had it delivered to a nearby hotel. No napkins and no utensils (for cole slaw).

Absolutely not worth the money. Fries were way too salty and the buns were dry. Meat quality was ok but not worth the price and there was not much of it. Produce except pickles did not taste or feel fresh. My folks' friends have been raving about this place for years, but it seems from other reviews that the quality has dipped a bit in recent months. Unfortunately this was a disappointing order.

We order salads from Bru burger often. Tonight our food looked like someone threw ingredients into the container with no understanding that someone was really going to eat the food. It was the worst salads we have ever gotten. I hope this in not the beginning of a trend. How food is prepared for delivery counts.

I usually love Bru but I paid $17 for a bbq pork sandwich and there's not even enough pork to cover the bun. Terrible!!

Absolutely the worst food we have gotten from Bru Burger. We frequently eat in the restaurants and decided to order through Door Dash. What an expensive horrible mistake. We order two burgers- both medium well. One was raw. The other came without any of toppings. We really wonder if Bru Burger has a separate cook for Door Dash. We also wonder if the restaurant cares what a terrible representation this is of their restaurant. We definitely will never order from Bru Burger for delivery again and quite frankly it's going to be a long while before we go back to the restaurant. We threw the food away- not worth eating.
