Quality dropping. Love Bruegger's we get it every week or two. The Leonard de veggie keeps getting smaller, veggies less qty and worse everytime, last time they even forgot ingredients like the cream cheese. This time the salmon bagel had a tiny piece of Salmon almost too small to see, previously it was a great amount. Very sad because this was always a weekend treat we looked forward to. This is not just one time occurrence, it's been declining the last 2 months consistently.

Waited almost an hour for a sandwich that barely has ONE slice of pastrami on it? not to mention all the onions on top of my bagel are charred. Waited my whole lunch break for a well below average, burnt sandwich.

Whenever I order from here I get greeted with a nice tasting bagel. Bruegger's is on top and you'll see that when you order a bagel with cream cheese or another sandwich.

Janessa and Ramsy were so helpful. My door dash driver forgot my drink and Cream Cheese Tubs . I went to the store and they were super friendly and resolved my issue even after the store was closed.

The bagel was extremely chewy and there was somehow only salmon on half of it... lol
