I love them, but why can't I customize any breakfast sandwich to have regular bacon instead of the peppered bacon. It's a great size for the price and always warm. I go here all the time. Just wish when I have it delivered I could get a regular bacon egg and cheese :(

my coffee came with no creamer and no straw. bagel was delicious though, although it seemed like it was tan through the toaster multiple times. usually the order is perfect, so I'm going with it being a busy/short staffed quality issue

My favorite bagel place ever. Food is always great, tasty, and fresh. My only criticism is that I wish I could customize the bagels (ie. add tomato, onion, substitute a bagel variety, etc.) I love you Bruggers!

bagels are always good, just need to make sure orders are correct before sending them out. otherwise they're solid!
