Always the best bagels! Love it that they give a baker's dozen, and that their sesame bagels are liberally coated with seeds on both sides (yum!).

It's $1.00 extra for "half a scoop" of cream cheese, yet the bagel is supposed to come WITH cream cheese and this is all I get??? I thought the $1.00 extra was for an extra half scoop... this is a rip off.

I ordered a bacon, cheese & egg bagel which I have gotten before. There was barely any cheese on it, even though I ordered extra cheese. When I bit into the bagel, I noticed that the egg was a weird green color. Almost looked like mold. I was too weirded out and threw the bagel away.

I paid for an extra half scoop of cream cheese (an extra $1), but they gave me LESS cream cheese. Also neither of our bagels were toasted, wtf. Should have stuck with New York Bagels - local business and way better.
